With almost three decades of experience at companies such as Facebook, CBS, and Pandora, media specialists Krystal Morris and Cathy Murphy left the big media world to create smarter, more-cost efficient ways to market to women. During their nearly 30 years of combined media experience, they’ve gained extensive relationships with media companies, vendors, data and technology providers to integrate and execute smarter media strategies.
Working mothers themselves, Venus Media Group understands that women are busy multi-taskers often on the go. They not only grasp that women make and influence the majority of purchasing decisions in the household, but they also know how to target them effectively. More specifically, as Hispanic women they understand the nuances in targeting first generation, bilingual and English-only Latina women.
For nearly 20 years, Cathy has led a variety of sales teams in the Radio, TV, Digital and Social Media space. After over a decade at CBS in various roles, she learned the inner workings of the digital space at Pandora and was most recently working as an Industry Manager at Facebook and Instagram. This unique combined experience is the key to guiding partners as they navigate the ever-changing media landscape.
Krystal has over 10 years of advertising experience with an intense focus in managing direct response multi-media campaigns. She has the unique perspective of having worked in both the media sales and agency sides of the industry, giving her the advantage of knowing the delicate inner workings of what makes media campaigns run successfully. Krystal is an expert at seamlessly combining traditional and digital media campaigns that target consumers throughout their entire media lifecycles.
For over 25 years, Sylvia has been a top-performing Senior Account Executive at CBS Radio and Telemundo. Most recently, she helped build the Healthcare vertical at Pandora (one of their top verticals), serving as the Industry Lead in the Northeast working with leading companies such as HCA Healthcare, Memorial Sloan Kettering and Daiichi Sanyko in their digital transformation. Sylvia is adept at helping clients bridge the gap between Traditional and Digital Media.
